See every stock move
Read the history of every change in stock (received, sold, returned, counted, transferred and produced) and filter it by type.
Every time stock changes, Owlvix writes a stock move: what moved, how many, from where to where, its value and the document behind it. Moves are never edited, so the history always adds up.
Steps

Open Inventory, then Stock moves. The newest moves are at the top.
Open Stock moves -
Read a move. Each line shows the date and the document (an invoice, a receipt, a count), the product, the type, where it went From → To, the quantity and its value. Lot and serial numbers are listed under the quantity.

Filter by type. Choose Received, Sold, Returned, Counts or Transfers to see one kind.

Open a product's history. Click a product name: its page lists only its own moves under Stock history.

Tip The Inventory overview shows the latest moves too, next to what needs reordering.
Good to know
- A sale takes stock to Customers, a receipt brings it from Suppliers, manufacturing uses and makes stock through Production.
- To fix a mistake, don't look for an edit button: count the product, or return the goods.
