See stock in each warehouse
Check what one warehouse holds, how much of a product is in each place, and choose the warehouse when stock comes in or goes out.
Owlvix keeps a count for every warehouse. You can look at one warehouse at a time, or at one product across all of them.
Steps

Open a warehouse. In Multi-Warehouse, click its card.
Open a warehouse -
Read its stock. Here is what this warehouse holds, All warehouses the total, and Value here its value at average cost.
Stock in this warehouse -
Look at one product everywhere. Click a product: its page shows By warehouse under the stock on hand.
One product, every warehouse -
Choose the warehouse when stock moves. Receive stock, Count stock, invoices (Ship from), the register and rentals each have a warehouse field once you have two or more.
Pick the warehouse
Tip A negative number in red means more was sold from that warehouse than it had. Count it, or transfer stock in.
Good to know
- The stock value on the Inventory overview is for all warehouses together.
- Each register session sells from one warehouse, chosen when the register is opened.
