Add a warehouse
Add another warehouse, shop or depot so you can keep stock in several places and see what each one holds.
With the Multi-Warehouse add-on you keep stock in more than one place: a main warehouse, a depot, a shop. Every receipt, sale and count then says which warehouse it is for.
Steps

Open Multi-Warehouse. Each warehouse is a card with the number of products it holds and their value. Your first warehouse is the Main one.
Open Multi-Warehouse -
Fill in Add a warehouse. Give it a name, a short code (shown on documents) and the address.

Click Add warehouse. The new warehouse appears with the others, still empty.
Add the warehouse -
Open it to see its stock and details. Change the name, code or address here and click Save.

Tip Fill a new warehouse with a transfer from the main one, or receive stock straight into it.
Good to know
- Receive stock, Count stock, invoices (Ship from), the register and manufacturing orders let you pick the warehouse once you have two or more.
- An empty warehouse you no longer use can be closed: untick Open on its page. The main warehouse can't be closed.
