Subscribe and pay by card

When you are happy with Owlvix, subscribe from the Billing page. Payment is by card in a secure checkout run by our payment partner, Paddle, which also handles sales tax and sends your receipts.

Steps

1. Open Billing and check your plan, cycle and add-ons. Change anything first under Change plan (see Change your plan or users).

   

2. Choose monthly or yearly. Yearly is cheaper; the bill shows the saving.

   

3. Click Subscribe with card. A checkout window opens over the page. Enter your card and billing address and confirm. (If card payment isn't set up for your account, the button says Subscribe now; we then contact you to arrange payment.)

   

4. You're subscribed. Back on the Billing page the status changes to Active with the renewal date. Your card is charged when your trial ends, then on each renewal.

Note You can subscribe any time during the trial. Your trial days are not lost: the first charge is on the day the trial ends.

Good to know

• Your receipts, your card and cancelling are in Manage payment & invoices on the Billing page once you pay by card. See Cancel, resume, invoices and your card.
• The price is shown in your company's currency. If the card is charged in another currency, the page says so under the button.
• Only owners and admins can subscribe.
