Change your plan, billing cycle or number of users

You can change your plan, your billing cycle and your extra users at any time on the Billing page. Before anything is saved, Owlvix shows you the new bill next to the current one.

Steps

1. Open Billing and go to Change plan. Click the plan you want.

   

2. Set the cycle and extra users. Extra users are on top of the users the plan includes, at the price shown under the field.

   

3. Click Save changes. A box shows the new bill and the current one, and how many extra users you will pay for.

   

4. Confirm. The plan, the users and Your bill update straight away.

   

Good to know

• Moving to a smaller plan keeps enough extra users for everyone already on your team. To pay for fewer users, remove people on the Team page first.
• More paid users always needs your OK in the confirm box.
• On a card subscription the difference is charged or credited right away. On a trial nothing is charged.
• Enterprise and custom prices are changed by our team; contact us.
