Your plan, users and bill

The Billing page shows what you pay for and why. Owners and admins can open it from Account → Billing in the menu.

Steps

1. Open Billing. The three cards at the top show your Status (free trial, active or inactive, with the date), your Plan with the billing cycle and currency, and your Users against what the plan covers.

   

2. Read Your bill on the right: the plan, each add-on you turned on, extra users, and the total per month or per year. Prices exclude local taxes.

   

3. Compare the plans. Change plan lists every plan with its monthly price and the users it includes.

   

4. See the history. At the bottom, History lists every change: sign-up, add-ons, plan changes and payments, with who made them.

   

Tip Paying yearly is cheaper. When you pay monthly, the bill shows how much you would save.

• Prices on this page are in your company's currency.
• Extra users cost a fixed amount each per month, on top of the plan.
