What happens when your trial ends
How many trial days you have left, what you see when the trial or subscription ends, and how to get going again without losing anything.
A new company gets a free trial with every add-on free to try. When the trial ends, or a subscription isn't renewed, the app is paused until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Steps

Watch the countdown. At the bottom of the menu, owners and admins see … days left in your trial with a Choose plan button. We also email the owner a few days before the end.

When it ends, every page takes you to Billing with Your trial or subscription has ended. Choose a plan to continue. The status card says Inactive.
When it has ended -
Subscribe to carry on. Check the plan and click Subscribe with card (or Renew now). Everything is back as you left it as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Tip Leaving? You can still export everything from the Billing page while the subscription is inactive.
Good to know
- Team members who aren't owners or admins see a page asking them to contact the owner.
- Your data is kept while the account is inactive. It is only deleted when the account is closed.
- Card subscriptions whose payment failed get a few days' grace before the app pauses.
