Export your data or close your account
Download everything your company has in Owlvix as a ZIP of spreadsheets and files, and ask us to close the account.
Your data is yours. The account owner can download all of it at any time, even when the subscription has ended, and can ask us to close the account.
Steps

Open Settings (or Billing) and scroll to Your data. Only the owner sees this card.

Click Export my data. A ZIP downloads with one spreadsheet (CSV) per table, such as customers, invoices, products and journal entries, plus the files you uploaded. Large companies can take a minute.
Export my data -
To leave, click Close my account, then Send request in the box that opens. We get your request and contact you. Nothing is deleted straight away.
Ask to close the account
Warning Export your data before the account is closed. After closing, your data is deleted for good.
Good to know
- You can export once an hour.
- CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
- The billing page stays open when the subscription is inactive, so you can always export.
