Why is a module locked or "not in your plan"?
A lock page or a greyed-out guide means your company's plan doesn't include that module. Owners and admins can add it in a click.
Each company pays for the modules it uses. When you open a module your company doesn't have, you see a lock page instead, with what it costs. In the Help Center, guides for those modules are greyed out as Not in your plan (you can still read them).

Owners and admins click Add … on the lock page, or turn it on in Add-ons (see Turn add-ons on and off). It works straight away.

Everyone else sees Ask your company owner or admin to add it.

The module is in the plan but not in your menu? Then your role has None for it; ask an owner or admin.
