Open your online shop
Publish your shop so customers can browse your products and order online, and hide it again whenever you need to.
Your online shop is a page on your company website that lists the products you choose, with prices and stock. Customers add to a cart and order; the order arrives in E-commerce Store.
Steps

Open E-commerce Store. The bar at the top says whether the shop is Open or Hidden, with its web address.
Open E-commerce Store -
Click Open shop. The bar turns green and anyone with the address can now see your shop.
Click "Open shop" -
Check the numbers. New orders wait for you to confirm them, To ship are invoiced but not sent, and Products in the shop links to your product list.

Click View shop to see it as your customers do: products by category, with search, prices and stock.

Tip Share the shop address on social media, on your invoices and in your email signature.
Good to know
- Hide shop takes it offline at once, for example during a stock take. Orders already placed stay.
- The shop is part of your company website: it has the same name and menu, with Shop and Cart added.
- At checkout, shoppers choose to pay on delivery or by bank transfer, and by card or PayPal once you connect them.
