Orders from your shop arrive as New. Confirming one issues its invoice and takes the goods out of stock; marking it shipped tells you it is on its way.

Steps

  1. Open E-commerce Store and choose New. Each order shows the customer, how they chose to pay, and the total.

  2. Open the order. Check the products, the delivery address, the phone number and any note from the shopper.

    Open the order
  3. Click Confirm & invoice. The invoice is issued to the customer and the stock goes down. Orders paid online also get their payment recorded.

  4. Follow the invoice link when the customer pays on delivery or by bank transfer: record the payment there when the money arrives.

  5. Click Mark shipped when the parcel leaves. The order moves from To ship to Shipped.

Note An order that is awaiting an online payment asks before you confirm it. Wait for the payment, or confirm anyway if the customer paid another way.

Good to know

  • Cancel is only possible while the order is new. A paid order that you cancel must be refunded in your Stripe or PayPal dashboard.
  • Undo shipped puts an order back to To ship if you clicked too soon.
