Put products in your shop

Any product can be in the shop. You choose it on the product itself, where you also add the photo and the text shoppers read. Prices and stock come straight from Inventory, so they are always up to date.

Steps

1. Open the product and click Edit. From E-commerce Store, Manage products opens the product list.

   

2. Tick Show in the shop. It is in the Online shop box.

   

3. Add a photo. Choose a PNG, JPG or WebP picture of the product. A square or landscape photo on a plain background looks best.

   

4. Write the notes. They are shown on the product's page in the shop: what it is, the size, how to use it.

   

5. Click Save product, then look at it in your shop. The photo, the price (with tax if it has any) and whether it is in stock are shown.

   

Tip Each variant of a product (a size or a colour) shows in the shop as its own product, with its own price and stock.

Good to know

• Untick Show in the shop to take a product off the shop without archiving it.
• Out-of-stock products stay listed and are marked Out of stock.
