See who logged in and what changed in your team
The activity log lists logins, failed logins and team changes in your company for a year, with the time, the person and where from.
Owners and admins can see every login, every failed login and every change to the team (users added, removed or given another role). Use it to check that only the right people are getting in.
Steps

Open Team, then Activity. Under Account, click Team, then Activity at the top right.

Read the log. Each row shows when it happened, what happened, who it was, and where from (the internet address and the browser). Team changes are marked in amber.

Look at failed logins. Click Failed logins. A few typos are normal; many failures from an address you don't know mean someone is guessing a password.

Tip Seeing failed logins you don't recognise? Ask that person to change their password, and switch on two-factor login for everyone.
Good to know
- The log is read-only and kept for one year.
- Changes to records (invoices, stock) are shown on the records themselves, not here.
