As the owner you can make two-factor login compulsory. Anyone without it is sent to their Security page the next time they open the app and can't do anything else until it is on.
Steps
-
Open Settings. Under Account, click Settings. Scroll to Team security. Below the switch you see how many people haven't turned two-factor login on yet.
Settings, Team security -
Tick Require two-factor login for everyone and click Save.
Tick it and save -
Set it up yourself. If you don't use it yet, you go first: you are taken to Security, marked Required by your company. Follow Turn on two-factor login.
Everyone sets it up
Tip Tell your team before you switch it on, so they have their phone at hand.
Good to know
- Only the owner sees Team security.
- It applies to self-service logins (employees in My space) too.
- While it is required, nobody can turn their own two-factor login off.
