Your first look around

New to Owlvix ERP? This two-minute tour shows where everything is, so you can find your way on day one.

The tour

1. The dashboard. After you log in you land on the dashboard: the home page for your company, with a greeting and today's date.

   

2. The menu. The menu on the left lists the modules your company uses (your plan plus any add-ons). Click one to open it. On a small screen the menu is a strip across the top.

   

3. Module tiles. The dashboard shows the same modules as tiles, each with a line on what it is for.

   

4. Add more modules. The last tile opens Add-ons, where owners and admins switch extra modules on or off. You only pay for what you use.

   

5. Team, settings and billing. Under Account in the menu: Team to invite colleagues and choose what each person can open, Settings for your company details, and Billing for your plan.

   

6. The top bar. On the right: ? for help, the bell for notifications, the moon for light or dark mode, the shield for your login security, and the last button to log out.

   

7. Help on every page. Click ? (or press the ? key) on any screen. You see the guides for that screen, popular guides, and a search box for everything else.

   

8. Start working. Open a module from the menu, for example Sales & Invoicing.

   

Tip Owners and admins see everything. Team members see only the modules their role allows; ask an owner if a module you need is missing from your menu.
