Set rental prices
Choose which stock items can be rented and set their prices per hour, day, week or month, the minimum rental, deposit and late fee.
Anything you keep in stock can be rented out. Give it rental prices for the periods you offer: Owlvix then works out the cheapest price for any length of rental.
Steps

Open Rental, then Rental prices. It lists what you rent out, with its prices, deposit, late fee and how many you own. To add another product, choose it in Add a product… at the top.
Open Rental prices -
Open a product and set its prices. Fill in the periods you offer: per hour, day, week or month. Leave a period empty if you don't offer it. Nine days is priced as one week plus two days.
Prices per period -
Set a minimum rental, for example 4 hours or 1 day. Shorter rentals are charged as the minimum.
Minimum rental -
Set the deposit and late fee per unit. The deposit is refundable and held until the rental is closed. The late fee is added for each started day after the return time.

Click Save. The product's prices are listed and it can go on rental orders and the schedule.

Note Only stock items without lot or serial numbers can be rented. For products with variants, set prices on each variant.
Good to know
- Untick Can be rented to stop renting a product out without losing its prices.
- Rented items stay in your stock while they are out; the schedule shows how many are free each day.
