Check availability on the rental schedule
See every rental day by day, how many of each item are free, and book straight from the schedule.
The Schedule shows two weeks at a time: one row per product, a bar for each rental, and under it how many are still free each day. It is the quickest way to answer "do we have one free next week?".
Steps

Open Rental, then Schedule. Today is highlighted. Each bar is a rental, with the quantity and the customer.
Open the schedule -
Read the colours. Dashed bars are quotations (they don't hold stock yet), blue ones are reserved, orange ones are out with the customer, and red ones are late.

Check what is free. The numbers under each product say how many are free that day. A red 0 means everything is booked.

Move through the weeks with ‹ Week and Week ›, or go back to Today. With several warehouses, choose one at the top right.

Click a bar to open its rental, or Book under a product to start a new rental for it.

Tip The Rental overview lists today's pickups, today's returns and late returns: a good place to start the day.
