Let customers send requests from your support page
Share your public support page; each request a customer sends becomes a ticket on your Helpdesk board.
Your company has a ready-made support page. Customers fill in a short form, and their request arrives as a ticket in Helpdesk, with an email back to them and a page where they can follow it. Put the link on your website, your invoices and your email signature.
Steps
-
Find your support page link. In Helpdesk, the Overview (and Settings) show the address of your Support page for customers. Copy it and share it.
Your support page link -
What your customer sees. The page asks how you can help, with your company name at the top.
The page your customers see -
The customer fills in the form: name, email, subject, a topic if they like, and the question or problem.
The customer fills it in -
They click Send request. They get a reference number such as HD-0007, a confirmation email (when auto-reply is on) and their own ticket page to follow it.
Send the request -
The ticket arrives in Helpdesk. It lands in the New column of the Board, marked From the support page. Your helpdesk inbox gets an email too.

Tip Turn the confirmation email and the inbox address on or off in Helpdesk → Settings.
Good to know
- Customers can't choose the priority or who handles the ticket: you decide that in the app.
- Tickets from a known email are linked to that customer, so you see their other tickets and invoices.
- You can also open a ticket yourself with New ticket, for a request that came in by phone.
