Deals are won by following up. Give every open deal a next step (a call, a meeting, an email or a to-do) with a date, and CRM tells you each morning what is due.

Steps

  1. Open the deal. Click its card on the Pipeline board.

    Open the deal
  2. Choose the kind of activity: Call, Meeting, Email, To-do, or Note for something you just want to write down.

    Choose the kind
  3. Say what to do and pick the date, for example Visit their kitchen with samples. Click Add. It shows under Planned, with overdue dates in red.

    What and when
  4. Tick it off when it's done. Click the circle in front of it. It moves to History, with the date and who did it.

    Tick it off
  5. See what is due. The CRM Overview lists everything due today or overdue, across all deals. Tick them off right there.

Tip A deal card with a red dot on the board has an overdue activity.

Good to know

  • Notes have no date and go straight into History.
  • Marking a deal won or lost is also written in its History.
  • ✕ removes a planned activity you no longer need.
